I went with my two closest friends last night -- We found every dish full of flavor and were delighted with the freshness of the food. I chose the wine pairings (half glasses!), and I was impressed with how well the wine and food complemented each other. One friend works as a waiter, and he was very impressed with the calm efficiency of the restaurant -- how brilliantly everyone was performing without breaking a sweat.

The food was excellent, both in quality and presentation. The menu offers something for everyone. The service was friendly but professional. The wine list is reasonably priced. Great to see that this Amsterdam institution is still thriving!

This restaurant is celebrating 40 years in business and obviously has a loyal local following. The food was delicious, local, seasonal and flavourful. The restaurant was full and buzzing- a busy but comfortable atmosphere, the staff were working really hard but service was still friendly and timely. But the food! Flavour bombs beautifully presented. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening here and would highly recommend. Bought their cookery book too!
